Refunds
Every purchase of the Tillwhistle kit comes with a 14-day refund. Email tillwhistle-h5rg0w@polsia.app within 14 days of purchase, from the address you bought with, and the full $247 goes back to the card you paid with. No form and no reason needed. Refunds are issued through Stripe and usually show on your statement within 5 to 10 business days.
Delivery
After payment, the kit downloads from the success page and from the link in the confirmation email. The link works for 30 days and up to 10 downloads. If it stops working, email the address above and we send a new one.
The license
The kit is sold to one business. You may use it in the locations you own or manage, up to three, and share the files with the people who work there. You may edit the files as much as you like. You may not resell, redistribute, post or give away the files or edited versions of them, and you may not use them to build a product for sale.
What it is and is not
The kit is a set of operational templates and worked examples: spreadsheets, checklists, job posts, scripts and guides. It is not legal, accounting, tax or food safety advice. Employment law, wage rules, scheduling rules and health codes differ by state, county and city, and they change. Before you use the hiring, pay, review, scheduling and letting go templates, or the food safety pages, check them against the rules where your shop is, and talk to a lawyer or an accountant when it matters. You are responsible for how the files are used in your business.
Privacy
This site has no accounts and sets no tracking cookies of its own. Checkout is handled by Stripe through Polsia, the platform that hosts this site: Stripe processes your card, and Polsia records the order so the kit can be delivered. Polsia's hosting records page views. Your email address is used to send your order, your download link and any refund you ask for, and for nothing else. We do not sell it or share it.
